These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gaming Multiverse website, store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Who we are
Gaming Multiverse (“Gaming Multiverse”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital scripts, assets, and tools for RedM/FiveM role-play servers.

We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Cfx.re, Discord, Tebex, or any third party mentioned herein.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or 16+ with parental consent) to use the Services. You represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3) Accounts & Connections
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may require linking third-party accounts (e.g., cfx.re/CFX, Discord) for licensing, entitlements, or access control.
- You must keep your account details updated and secure.
4) Store, Payments & Delivery (Tebex)
- Pricing & taxes: Prices are shown in EUR (€) and may include applicable VAT. Prices can change without notice prior to purchase.
- Payments: Purchases are processed via Tebex and/or its partners. We do not store your full payment details.
- Delivery: Digital entitlements (licenses, downloads, keys) are typically delivered instantly after successful payment via Tebex.
- Fraud & chargebacks: Fraud checks may delay/cancel orders. Chargebacks may result in license revocation and account restrictions.
5) EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
If you are an EU consumer purchasing digital content, you acknowledge and consent that delivery begins immediately after payment and you lose the right of withdrawal (refund) once download/license delivery starts, as permitted by applicable law.
6) Refunds
- All sales are final unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- If a product is defective and a verified issue prevents basic use as advertised, we may (at our discretion) provide a fix or a refund/credit.
- Issues caused by third-party frameworks, server modifications, conflicting scripts, or unsupported environments are not grounds for refunds.
- Refunds (when granted) are executed through Tebex per their process.
7) Updates, Compatibility & Support
- Updates: We may provide updates or patches at our discretion. We are not obliged to maintain any specific product indefinitely.
- Compatibility: We aim to support current, stable versions of RedM/FiveM and listed frameworks (e.g., RSGCore). We cannot guarantee compatibility after third-party updates or with unlisted frameworks.
- Support: We provide reasonable support for paid products via our designated channels. Support does not include custom development or resolving conflicts with third-party scripts unless specifically agreed.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law, third-party terms (e.g., Rockstar, Cfx.re, Discord), or these Terms.
- Engage in cheating, exploits, or harmful behavior that degrades others’ experience or our Services.
- Upload or transmit malware, bots, or harmful code.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Use the Services to build a competitive product or for benchmarking without permission.
9) Intellectual Property
All content we provide (scripts, code, docs, branding, logos, media) is protected by IP laws. Except as expressly permitted by us in writing, no rights are granted beyond what is necessary to use the Services. Trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

10) Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord, GitHub). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies. Your use of third parties is governed by their terms.
11) Disclaimers
The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaming Multiverse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We do not guarantee compatibility after external platform/framework updates.
- We do not guarantee the Services will be free of errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions.
- We do not guarantee performance will meet your specific expectations.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaming Multiverse and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaming Multiverse from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access (including licenses) at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or caused risk or legal exposure for us or others. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease, except for provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification).
15) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Greece] without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of [Athens, Greece] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Informal resolution first: Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@gamingmultiverse.gr and allow 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.
16) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., posting on the site). The updated Terms become effective upon posting unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
